Might just respray mine with a fresh coat of black.
Those look great, and some nice work by Jim.

Do you new wheels a favor and buy yourself a new set of wheel nuts and a soft socket.

What offsets and widths did you get?

Speedline wheels may not be the lightest out there, but they definitely are some of the hottest looking designs out there. They are truly worthy .....

I probably missed it, but what is the source of these beautiful silver/black centercaps? Are they available through Porsche?
TIA

I ended up with a set of 8.5 x 10.5 and I am not perfectly sure of the offsets because Jim figured out how to get a wider outer hoop on the rears so I could have a 2.25" lip. It should be VERY similar to the 10.5 RH rear wheel offsets though. we/Jim measured ALOT to make sure they fit... they will be tight but should fit fine

Jim / Ryan-- Your painted center caps look tight

Jon Paul-- Glad they caught your eye; next to Ralph Boothe's long-discontinued silver caps, these are my new favorite. They look like they'd be more affordable & convenient to find, too, since they appear to be OEM plastic backs, if not factory crests.

RLer No HTwo O (Bill), whom you may have purchased a steering wheel from, sold these on RL in August. Anyone else seen these or know where to get them? Best to go 'bump' his thread for more info, since the source was asked, but left unresolved on his "FS New Black & Silver Porsche Crest Wheel Caps" thread.
IMO, they're the caps Porsche should offer if they don't, & would make a perfect start to the new year for nearly anyone

$30 plus all shipping charges takes all 3 of these nice & clean new caps!

After searching for full silver crest wheel centers to 100% match the jeweler's quality silver hood badge, I'd given up. Even Ralph Boothe's wife confirmed he had none to offer. After a couple PMs to Old Guy, however, my luck turned around. Thrilled when UPS delivered these rarities; with theft-deterrent backings:

Thanks Jäger, I'll send out some inquiries. I also found your discreetly placed link to Bill's ad in your first post, AFTER I posted, of course ... I said to myself, I said "self, that's not like Jäger to not leave a clean link to his references ...." and sure enough, when I went back and looked .....

So nice!!! Super jealous! I cannot wait to see these mounted. Did you send him the wheels to be refinished or did he have them, refinish them according to your specifications and send them to you?
erek
Again, congrats man!

He had the set and then refinished and built them to my specs. Basically he can make whatever you want as far as width and offset

+1 for Jim Dorciak,

I was very close to getting a set of 3 piece Tech Art Daytonas built, but ultimately decided on MY02s.

I had several interchanges with Jim and am convinced that his work is second to none.
