Glad for you guys to take the reins. We did it through lulu.com last year and I think it cost about $20 - with all net proceeds going to Rennwish. We did need more hi-res photos, but it still turned out pretty well.

I'm not that good with numbers or letters, but I count up to 11 different (low-res) 993s above. Does 12 = a slew in some cultures?
