Default FS: 1995 Midnight Blue C2

Alright, I posted my car last month but wasn't really serious about selling it before now. The winter rain has set in here in Seattle and I need space in my garage for a new project! Sad to say I think I'm going to go with a long hood this time!

1995 C2
82k miles
$28k

Midnight Blue Paint (entire car just had a windows out repaint at Eurotech Bodywerkes in Kirkland, 1,500 miles driven since, repaint was due to rock chips and tired looking factory paint) Headlight washer delete, New suspension (H&R Springs, Bilstein HD’s), All new exterior trim seals, New windshield, Powder coated Porsche 18’s in Porsche “Seal Grey”, BF Goodwrench KDW’s with 60%+ left, Recaro Pole Position Seats, HID Headlights, New Interior RS Carpet, Rennline Pedal Set, RS Door Panels, RS Shift ****, New Digital Only Stereo (Polk Speakers), Euro Fogs, 3m Clear Bra, Performance Chip, Strut Brace, Fister Stage III Mufflers, New Headlight Lens, Silver Hood Badge, Painted Rear Grille, New AC Compressor, Wide Oval Tips, APR Chip, New Rotors and Pads...and plenty of other stuff including all maintenance records.

Interior and Exterior are flawless. This project is done, time for a new one!

thanks,

This is a BEAUTIFUL car! Good luck with the sale, if I can talk the wife into it I may give you a call, if not I'm sure you'll have no issues selling it

beautiful car. GLWS. Love the wheels. Question: what's the trim piece surrounding the key? My "black" piece looks more white than black unless I soak it in Armorall or other dressing.

Hey Dan, does it still have rear seats?...Or does the RS carpeting delete them?

GLWS, Dan. I can't wait to see what's replacing her.

It has to be done Chris, at this point all there is to do is wax the car, I'm getting bored!

RS carpet deleted the seats. I still have the rear seats and seat belts. You'd have to find the bolt holes under the carpet to reinstall the rear seats. (I did not cover them with insulation so they are fairly accessible.) The seats are Classic Grey which is probably too light of a color to go with the carpet. Personally I'd dye them Black or Dark Grey.

Thank Michal, I'll bring the replacement over as soon as I get it!

Appears to be a nice one. Looks like my F-car is sold and was thinking of another 993 dd.

Top-end? Clutch replacement? Is there a Carfax boo-boo or other title demerit because of the renegade tailgate on the freeway story?

No top end no clutch. I add about 1 qt of oil between oil changes. I usually change the oil around every 4k miles or so. No engine drips and no smoke out of the pipes. Pulls strong, recent dyno with 247 at wheels with 227 torque.

The renegade tailgate does show up on Carfax. Before I bought the car I waited for the previous owner to mention it, as he did with the pictures documenting the damage. As you can see it was only cosmetic, the previous owner called the police to make sure he didn't have any hassles with insurance, hence Carfax. Since that front end respray I've had the entire car repainted. It literally looks like it has less than 50 miles on it. Repainted with Glasurit in the original Midnight Blue.

thanks!

This is the perfect car for someone who realizes what mods are worth. If I was to do it all over again I would search for a car like this rather than something bone stock.

Hey Dan, I actually just gave you call about 20 mins ago and left a message on you cell. I started browsing rennlist when I came across your car, and realized it was the same one from a craigslist ad. Please get back to me, I'd love to take a look at your vehicle and discuss a few other things. lastly, I am local, in Des Moines to be exact.

Joe

Nice talking to you yesterday Dan, sorry for the rush on the phone, I was actually in the middle of finishing some CAD work and had to get approval on the design. Just wondering though, would you be interested in a trade, or are you specifically only looking for a sale? Also, while its highly unlikely, have you had any previous rust problems on the car? Any SAI problems or oil leaks? Thanks in advance!
