Do you change by miles or time?

I used to change every 3k, now every 5k. Roughly 1x per year--give or take a few months.

I just change mine once a year, it's usually 3-8kmi for each car.

Once a year, in the fall, just before winter storage (around Thanksgiving time). That turns out to be circa 3,000 miles. I take the car out again come mid-March. Mobil 1 0-40, though I am tempted to try alternative. I have 44k miles on the car.

5K miles or so, including about 16-20 hours of track (20 minutes DE sessions, not racing).

Once a year in the spring before DE season starts. I flush brake fluid at the same time. Usually put around 3k mi on in a year.

Once a year, in the fall because that's when I've gotten the last 2 cars. Being in TN I still drive it in the winter when there's no salt brine on the roads.
