Default Hanging out with Brian Redman @MMC video link

Yesterday I was covering the members club race @ MMC.
Brian Redman was on hand driving a friends Ferrari just for fun.
Later in the day when things calmed down I was able to spend about 1 hour (one on one) talking about all his great races with Porsche. The stories were un-real. Especially the Targa Florio in a 908/3 & Lemans in a 917 k.
What a great life he has had so far.
In case you want to his favorite P-car: 908/3 & 917k. Although he prefers his open wheel Formula 5000 car.

Enjoy the pics

BTY, the white GT3 cup car won race 1. The yellow radical won race II.

Thanks for the pics, I've been trying to get a good pic of Brian's GT2 exhaust pipes since May

Looks like a good time was had by all!

Bill, had I know I could have sent you a pic. BTW, I was on the front straight at WOT in 4th gear yesterday when Rick DeMan went by me in the white/red V8-powered Radical (#72). The closing speed was pretty impressive and the term "rolling chicane" did enter my mind. I believe the power is 300+ hp, wrapped up in about 1300 lbs. Ausgezeichnet!

IIRC, the Radical that day was "only" a four-banger SR3, not like the SR8 of yesterday. When/if (and that's a big if, given my lack of good rear visability) I see any of them coming I just try to stay out of their way. Can't win that battle.

I don't remember what power he had but he was a very nice guy, if the one Deman had was faster it just makes it that much more scarey
