no news, no pm's received from Mark on the subject lately either. I did get a PM from him shortly after his most recent reply to this thread...sometime in December IIRC.
I would have loved a ducktail with a factory split grill in it...oh well, wish in one hand and **** in the other.

Hi RichiRich and all Gents.
I know it’s been a long time overdue since I last posted an update for this project which has unfortunately been for several reasons mainly very busy with day-2-day work plus my health has been far from perfect this year as some of you will know which I’m working on at the moment
I actually was rushed into Hospital the week before last with a suspected heart attack but glad to report that all is thankfully ok 
Anyway I’m back on with the project now and this morning started to remove the steering rack to replace the 2 lines which were damaged running to the brake reservoir.
I have also been frantically buying all part needed to finish the project and now the sun is out it’s giving me a boost of energy to get the job done and enjoy Only items missing now are a new GB bellhousing and rear reflector.
I have also sourced a company in China whom reproduce the 993 front windscreen with heated elements for VERY cheap and the quality if factory good ... I will be installing the new screen this week so will report all details with pics etc but for now here are a few of the heated screen awaiting me to install:
