Really nice car.

keep your Fabspeed mufflers & get the X-pipe. That will net some power & sound vs. just changing mufflers.

Good Luck

Thanks for the props fellas. Curious as to what you think of your new fisters Steve!

How do you go about getting the Fisters BTW? I have the original exhaust as well and from what I can tell you can send your stock mufflers to Darrin and he modifies them and returns them. Is this correct?

Derek nice car. For the first mod, make the rear fenders narrower, less drag better top speed

JK

Definitely go with the fister muffler mod. I heard there is a long wait list, so better hurry. While you there, get the SSK and GR.

So, how does it compare to your 964, at this stage of your ownership, Derek?

Well so far I love it. Very, very solid car with no squeeks or rattles. Drives like a cadillac compared to the 964 though. I must say that it is much more refined than the 964. The 964 felt a lot more raw however. It was rougher and louder but that gave the car character. I think once I get a different exhaust on the 993 it might give it a bit more of the 964 feeling. Other than that, I personally love the looks of the new car. The doors open and close with a more aggressive clink. No wind noise and a very quiet cabin at cruising speed. Also, I thought the brakes on the 964 were good but the "big reds" are unbelievable. Crazy grip and awesome pedal feel.

Overall, I'm very happy with the new car! Now I just need to find some different wheels. My wife says she likes those "BBS" wheels. I guess shes learned whats good over the years of being with me and my BBS obsession!

Beautiful car. You're going to love the all wheel drive on twisty roads.

Congratulations, it looks awesome. I'll look forward to seeing it sometime! Are you going to any of the remaining PCA DE's? I'm heading to the one on the 13th.

Actually I found the car the day after I sold the 964. I was p-car less for 2 weeks however as I went away on vacation.
