The car started out life as a factory turbo..correct. I do not care about tracking the car, it will be a street driven car. A quick search on eBay and Autotrader sees these Turbo cars from $55K and up to $75K. Thanks for the feedback.

40k is not enough mod money for a car that has twin plug heads and done correctly, assuming high compression ratio.
