Has anyone ever successfully done this or know if its acheivable?

I am talking about the factory option for wood trip around the ignition area, gauges, radio and airbag. Not shifter/e-brake or anyhwere else.

Is it just stuck on there? Way to remove it with some kind of adhesive remover? Or would you have to replace the dash?
