Concerned about the repeated mention of "Joyce" and the only female representation appears to be a mannequin.

I had service (most of the time) w/ Verizon. My problem was I was using the speed dial number for the house and it's programed w/ the 7 digit number, not w/ the area code......duh!

Edit: Double Duh! Verizon, only been with them for 5 yrs.
