And don't forget your first aid sticker.

My car has only one strap for the kit!

I realize this is an old thread, but it piqued my curiousity. My toolkit was in the elastic straps in the front of the trunk. If those straps were intended for the first aid kit, where does the toolkit normally reside in the European 993s?

My US delivered car did not include a safety triangle or a first aid kit when I received it. Was this standard equipment in the USA?

My 96 has both the Triangle up in the pocket and the red first aid kit secured behind (in front of) the front carpet panel... I think still in the plastic, LOL. I was under the impression all 09991 Exclusiv order cars came with.

No, r.o.w. and euro delivery cars only ... but some u.s. dealers opted to include the kit as a courtesy.

So riddle me this... If you hit something had enough to need the first aid kit, can you get to it much less use it?

Absolutely!

You should add a couple of Tampons to the kit as well - they make great fire starters.

Apparently not. I think they were a special order item.

I tried to buy a First Aid Kit from Porsche several years ago, and was told they are no longer sold in the U.S......but you can get them in Canada!! I got one with the help of Canadian Rennlister. I'm not sure you can even get them anywhere anymore.

As for the triangle there was a product offered some time back that I bought to make the whole thing complete.
