Question What will these wheels fit?

So I bought some wheels off CL and they were the wrong offset for my 993 NB. I did some research on the forum and the only thing I can find that they will fit is a 944/951. The guy I bought them from said that they came off a 86 standard 911. What Porsche cars will these fit, so I can represent them fair? If anyone is well versed on offsets please list all models and years.

Wheels are Cup 3's (Turbo Twist) 7.5"x17" front ET23

9"x17" back ET15

Thanks in advance!

Definitely won't fit 993, 996, 997, Boxster or Cayman. Those seem to be aftermarket and not factory wheels.

Are you sure the rears are ET15? Seems the standard fitment for an '86 NB was 7.5x17ET23-F & 9x17ET53-R (w/ a spacer)

I used this chart:

If you have part #'s or pics that might help narrow it down. Also, you should post on the Pelican board, someone there probably knows.

The wheels are not factory wheels. They are the Italy reproductions...Would that change the meaning of the ET numbers? This is getting confusing. I have some pics now.

Thanks, Jake

I think they'd look great on this car:

Pretty much anything would look then that. Not down with the Donk style.

You might try posting in the "general" section. I know they wont fit any 993. I doubt if they fit any Porsche.

Looking at the thickness of the hub and your history on the wheels, I believe they are for mid 80s SCs and Carreras. These type of wheels also fit early 944s. 23 and 15 offset is definitely mid 80s 911s.

As above, the pre-87 944s and all the torsion bar SC/Carrera flared 911s took 23mm offset 8's and ~12mm offset 9's in the rear.

Thanks so much! Looks like 944's, 911 SC's, and maybe 930's.
