Default dehydrated...not thinking clearly...

I see. It begs the question whether I can run my M030 bar under the control arm like the RS bar. Is the RS bar shaped differently to do this?

I'm just back from a 4 hour cycling stint and perhaps hallucinating, but has anyone thought of, or tried, mounting the HD collars upside-down to change the required drop link length? I wonder if I did this if I could run the M030 bar above the control arm (as it is intended to do) amd use either my M030 or stock drop links. Any opinions?

Short answer = no. Bars are totally differnt shape at ends. Reversing HD mount points for drop links makes issues worse not better. No solution.

Cheers

Default M030 rear sway bar and RS+5mm

Just an update...I got under the car on Saturday to check out the situation. With the M030 drop links and sway bar with the car at RS+5mm there is contact between the sway bar and one of the control links ONLY when both wheels are fully drooping on the suspension. As soon as either side is compressed a little, there is clearance. I think this is not a problem - the only time both wheels fully droop is when I'm airborne (never!), or on jack stands (not really a problem). I'm going to mark the swaybar with wax pencil just to make sure that I am not getting any contact during normal driving.

Paul. This should not be an issue. You are likely to unload the car to that degeree while driving it. Enjoy
