Default A/C Issue

I have a 1995 993 C2, and have developed an issue with the air conditioning.

When I cut the temperature to cold and the fan to high, the driver's side vent blows very cold, while the middle vents and the passenger vent blow very hot air.

When I cut the temperature to cold and the fan to low, all vents blow very hot air.

Could someone guide me to the cause of the problem? I've done some searches, and I think it must be a valve that is stuck open, but I would really appreciate any specific guidance you could give.

You most probably have a broken heat servo on the side that's stay hot. It's placed in the footwell behind the carpet wall. Open up and have a look, if it's stationary it must be changed. It's a common fault.
