I use 265 Bridgestone Potenza RE11.

There is now way you can manage ET43. You cant really even manage ET 50 or 56 on a NB with 275-285 tires IMHO without significant rolling.

It actually works the other way, such that if you're fitting 10.5-inch wheels with a +56 offset, 10-inch wheels would definitely fit with the same offset.

A 10.5" with +56 is closer to a 10" with +49.

Oops you are correct. Approx ET50 on 10". You really are not going to get any more agressive than this without panel modification. I chose a 265 rear with a very curved edge pofile to help with eliminating the rubbing. I honestly could probably have got away with not rolling if I had have had another 2mm to play with - it was really that close. I have some H&R springs Id like to fit which will lower the car to RS spec height but Im really reluctant as I think I may have an undrivable car. Other options due to three piece design is to change the outer forged rim pieces and bring down to 10" with ET61 which is a very safe option but does reduce the rear "dish" which was half the attraction of these wheels.....

Good luck.

Bill, I was thinking about this and realized I messed up my math. Here are all the numbers.

CCW Classic wheels
Front
Bead width = 9"
Total width (measured) = 10"
Backspace (measured) = 7" = 177.8cm
Frontspace = 76.2cm
Offset = ET51
Toyo T1R 245/35R18

Rear
Bead width = 10.5"
Total width (measured) = 11.5"
Backspace (measured) = 8" = 203.2cm
Frontspace = 88.9cm
Offset = ET57
Toyo T1R 285/30R18

Please let me know if that makes sense. Sorry about my confusion.

Yes, that makes a lot more sense and appears correct, the rear sticks out .5" more than a Speedline 10ET65 and has the same backspace. Again backspace seems to be the hard limit on wheels wider than 10"

Can I get an idea of the fender height you are running & rear camber if possible?

On the front I ran a similar setup so I know it works at really low ride heights

Got any pics?

Bill,
My ride height (w/ MY02 wheels and 265/35 & 245/40) is 25.5" in the front and 25.0" in the rear

Front camber = -1.5deg & -1.7deg
Rear camber = -2.1deg & -2.1deg

Pics w/ the CCW wheels...

^The PO ran it for a year or so with the CCW/Toyo setup, and I ran it for another year until the rear tires wore out. That's when I put the current MY02s and Bridgestone RE760 tires on. Absolutely no issues with either setup.

Reddy,
I'm looking to get a 993 soon and would like to know if the bead width listed on the first quoted post is the wheel width with the following specs. --> F - 9x18 E.T. 51 and R - 10.5x18 E.T. 57 with the 245/35 and 285/30 sized tires?

If so, that's the setup you ran on the yellow 993 below?

That's exactly the look I'm going for. I'm a huge sucker for the CCW Classics with the proper amount of rubber.

Unless you ran with a lot of negative camber, rolled your fenders, AND were willing to do a lot of stretch with a thinner tire, it ain't gonna happen. Even then, I would doubt it would work without rubbing. I recently installed 10X18 BBS LMs and reverse mounted the centers. The offset went from 65 to ~49 and I had rubbing issues, but my fenders were not rolled. It was too much of a hassle so I reverted to the conventional mounting of the centers.
