Jay Leno test drove an exact same car on his garage website, may be the same car, perhaps?

Nice!

A friend of a friend has 2 of these things. One of them is a 1 of 1 Sang Bleu (the one that was at pebble beach). Got to see them both. Incredible machines for sure.

The car is, without question, a technological marvel.

The wheels were delivered to the Bugatti factory via the HMS Fail.

The owner sounds like an *** of biblical proportions.

Are you allowed to sit in that one?

The law of karma dictates that that shiny, overly-important possession will get dinged.

Here are some pics of one that was in for service at Braman Miami about two years ago. It had a curbed wheel that cost $37,500 to replace if I remember correctly. Each tire was something like $7,500.00...

Right you are, my friend.

Frankly, despite being a technical marvel, I don't find that machine appealing at all. The exterior looks like a doorstop and the interior looks like a jukebox.

Or to put it another way: for the cost of the Bugatti, one could own all 5 of these amazing cars:

I'm with you. While I would never doubt what Steve's Uncle was presented with, it's just hard to believe.

I have always assumed everything in life is relative. Based on that garage this would be similar to a homeless person owning a Jerry Sinfield old 993 Turbo S and parking on the street in front of the shelter every night.

The guy won't let someone sit in it, but he's not worried about that ladder tipping over and gouging the paint or that water heater busting and spraying hot water all over the place.

If you own a $2M+ automobile I would assume you live in a $10M+ home, but hey maybe he is a true enthusiast with an understanding wife.
