May be a good time to replace your control arm bushings if you haven't already done so. Looks like you just need the washer and nut.

I seem to remember that, for the front A arms, one side is threaded and the other needs a nut. The picture looks like the front one, there is no nut, the inner of the bushing is threaded. You should just be able to tighten it back up (unless I am reading the picture wrong).

The front half of the bushing insert is threaded, so as Mike says, just torque it up, & good to go.

No work lately. The previous owner had new shocks/springs put on 3 years ago by a shop in Campbell, Ca.

I'd check the torque on all of the A-arm bolts, just for fun.
the front bolt (your loose one) is 81 ft lbs.
the rear bolt/nut is 63 ft lbs.
