Yup, 2 types, my 95 has it on the car body right above the rear reflector.

Surprising that Porsche didn't offer a 'sticker delete' option when new. They probably would've charged several hundred for that.

Early 95's have a "Shell Lubricants" sticker like the old school air cooled cars...

Think this thread makes 10 pages like the headlight **** thread?

Does anyone still have their Airbag Warning labels afixed to both of the sunvisors? Mine are cracked and missing pieces haven't decided whether to remove or replace them, but I couldn't believe that the Porsche PET lists these as well as all the other labels stuck throughout the car. All except that dot matrixed Dennison label with the options code stuck to the underside of the trunk lid.

When I removed my sticker, the HP's increased by about 20-25. So says my butt dyno.

Thanks!

Just to absolve myself of current and future responsibility for this thread - I simply wanted to find out if there is any difference between a 964 gauge offered to me and 993 gauge (i know the part number is the same). But I've created Sticklum, a sticker monster

Stickers are always an issue; like where do you display your Rennlist sticker?

Great thread!
I think aviation gas still has led in it, so it might be worthwhile to leave the sticker just in case you are tempted to try avgas to see if the car goes faster with it. Meanwhile, afaik Diesel does not contain led so the sticker is no use, there.
I am not even sure if I still have the sticker in my car. I think I do.

Just doing my part.

Yeah, removing this sticker was my first mod as well.

This thread should be merged with a timezone.com "Should I remove the hologram sticker from the back of my Rolex" thread.

The sticker on my '97 is still in place - it maintains the value of my car and makes it easier for resale.
