Insert a flat blade screwdriver that is slightly larger than the inside edges of the sleeve, wedge it in and unscrew it. It can't be all that tight in the first place if a wire is tightening it in place.

The Beru M3 threaded sleeve terminal ends are threaded and screw into the caps.
You can get them from either Porsche or Kingsborne.
Porsche part number: 911 609 310 00, $1.17 each from Sunset.

The downside is the cost of the crimping tool: $325 and worth every penny, I am sure. A rental loaner would be nice.
