Had a 2005 A6 avant with the sport pack (suspension + I believe 18" wheels), and it was the best set up "normal" car I have had, was similar in suspension feel to my 993 with M030. Was at the same time plenty comfortable for long trips with the family. Traded it for an X5 and hate it - feels like driving a boat.

I have a 2005 allroad with API stage two mods ( I am told 320-340bhp)(almost 400lbs of torque)-full custom Stainless steal sport exhaust-and LArger flaps valves for turbos-lowered at the low setting. Drives like the wind and has gobs of torque. Besides that it will go anywhere it is also a sheep in wolfs clothing. Great long distance gt'r.
