Default Stainless Door Sill From sales4pnparts

Has anyone on here bought the stainless door sills from sales4pnparts on ebay.
If so how do they fit and look? Any pics would be great.

I installed mine last June and they still look great. Some people here simply installed them on top of the plastic door sill. I removed the plastic (and all the glue/ds tape) and cleaned up the sill before I installed mine. Still looks great. I think I posted a photo before ... can't find it right now.

Yup, I installed over the top. They fit great and look good, and after hearing how big a PITA the glue was to remove, I don't regret it for a minute.

On his ebay site it shows that you can either order it in a negitive graphic or a positive graphic. What is the difference for? Other than the looks. Is the negitive so you could bead blast it for a different finish?

difference is just the placement of the vinyl. On the positive, the script is in vinyl. On the negative, the sill is covered in vinyl, with the script cut out.

I purchased a "negative" Carrera for my C2 Cab, real nice stuff and fits perfectly, I did a complete removal of the old door sill prior to install. Luckily mine just had trim tape holding it down, no glue.

Harvey is a great guy, selling a great product. I have a set of the negitive image Carrera 4S sills. I got a chip in the drivers side, and emailed Harvey about touch up paint. He advised me that these are not painted, but hi quality oem tape-similar to what is wrapped around door frames etc.

He offered to send me a replacement sill for shipping cost only. I refused his polite offer, and would only get a replacement for his cost plus shipping.

Again, great product...from a great guy!

hell yeah, he's a good dude and the price is so low I wouldn't mind buying a new set if something happens to the ones I have.
