I have the "Exclusive Programme" option on both my cars (as well as a previous 944). I think it just means it was made to order in most cases, not a normal car sent to a dealer. Ther 944 did have a secial interior, but the 968 and 993 are standard cars, as far as I can tell.

The Exclusiv option cars were 'ordered' cars that deviated from stock production in some way. It could be having a drivers seat with 8 way control and a passenger 4 way, to paint-to-sample, to rootwood shift/ebrake, to full leather, to crested seats, etc.
Since this was done at Porsche I don't know if any 944's-unless the very late S2's, which were built at Stuttgart, were covered by the Exclusiv program-since they were built at Neckarsulm.

I also had a 85.5-full leather front and back, heated power sport seats, sport shocks and springs, color coded Fuchs with polished lips-but these were available options. No 09991 options. Before the Exclusiv program it was called Special Wishes or something like that, but it was done at Stuttgart.
