As a reminder for those recreating a window sticker p-car.com has some option prices listed at http://p-car.com/technical/option.html

Also found this for a 96 Cab

Is there a way you can rebuy the original window sticker from the dealer for our cars?

Here's the sticker from my '96. I have a couple of interesting options which are sport suspension with 18" hollow spoke wheels (sold as a single package) and deviating carpet color (black) with a cashmere interior.

Just fill in the blanks in the Excel file from Erik with the information on your car.

If you know where your car was first sold - there's your dealership. That's easy to find if you have the original manuals.

If you have the option codes (manuals or front trunk lid) you can get the options.

The rest you just cut and paste based on the infro from the other stickers in this thread.

Here's the one that I was able to recreate for my car. I still have to find the original dealership (have it in the books but they are in the car) and have to correct the gas mileage and add a guzzler tax. That last part is actually trickier as the EPS file only allows you the change the middle part with the info on the car, but not the mpg values...
