FS: 1997 C4S - Glacier White with Classic Grey interior.
After a "small incident" in my 996TT, I started looking for either a 993TT, 993 C4S or a 996 GT3 (I know, they are all very different cars).
I found the C4S first and bought it on October 14, 2009.
I LOVE the car but I received a call last Thursday night about an offer I had made on a GT3 - the deal has been done and I'm picking up the GT3 a week from today.
So, my C4S needs to go.
It was a ONE owner car with 41,836 miles on it when I bought it
It now has 44,500 miles on it and is a 6spd.
Options on the window sticker:
PORSCHE FLOOR MAT-CLASSIC GREY
AM/FM RADIO WITH CD PLAYER
MOTOR SOUND PACKAGE
REAR WINDOW WIPER
RIMS CAPS (4) WITH PORSCHE CREST
HI-FI SOUND PCK/10 SPEAKERS
When I got it, I did the following to it:
Installed Xenons (Distant Xtreme) – 55W balasts with 5000K bulbs (they look white not blue)
New stock headlight lenses
new Llyods Floor Mats
Front Bumper plugs (BumperPlugs.com)
installed Alpine stereo (CDA 9886) with Sirius and iPOD (cable in glove box) – new speakers
PSS9 coilovers
ROW front and rear sway bars (shorter rear sway bar end links)
Cup holder (Inventiva Concepts - http://www.inventivaconcepts.com/air-1.html)
New belts
Recent oil change (Brad Penn)
Fister-D Stage III exhaust with tips on order and I would like to sell it with the car for what I'm paying for it. If the buyer doesn't want it, I'd sell it on it's own. But, I ordered it and will not cancel since I already agreed to buy it.
Price is $46,500 - I'm not looking to make money on this deal, just get back what I paid for the car and part of what I put in to it.
I'm looking to move it quickly.
Please let me know is you are interested.
FYI, the last pic shows the car at the new ride height since the PSS9s were just installed.

Wow, that looks clean as a whistle, and you can see all your car cleaning accessories around your garage to prove it. Good luck on the sale. What color GT3 are you getting? What year? Congrats.

Nice color! Glacier White does have more bhp than all other colors.

I was with him when he bought and can vouch its in *mint* condition and is owned by a true enthusiast
I also have some info that he will take $46,499 for it so don't be afraid to negotiate!

I hope you get what you paid for it and also part of what you put into it. Experience has shown me that's often difficult to do, however.
Mods, albeit tasteful and nice ones, usually add little or no value upon resale. Since I too have a C4S in great condition, I'd love to see you get your asking price.
If you're looking to move it quickly, that will compound the difficulty in trying to get back what you put into it.
Some lucky buyer will get a nice C4S, and if he's smart, he'll use the leverage he has knowing you need to move it in a hurry to get you off your $46K asking price...
Good luck!

This car is PRISTINE.
When I was looking, I was trying to find all these C4Ss that were going for $40,000. I couldn't find them. I bought a one owner, pretty low mile car that is almost perfect. I know that will be worth it to someone.
Also, I'd like to sell it quickly which is why I priced it where I did. I don't need to sell it quickly. Those are two very different things.
I could always live in it when my wife finds out I'm going to own two fun cars at once. I mean, I figure if she takes everything I have, I should still have enough room in the back of the GT3 for my driving shoes, a helmet and some toothpase and deoderant
