After a week of torrential rain, it was finally sunny out in Los Angeles today. I washed my car and took this pic.

I never get tired of looking at the 993.

What type of tint did you put on your girl?

 

I like the red S on the emblem. I was debating of swapping mine with a red one but haven't done it because I was afraid it would look too flashy. Yours looks really nice however and it got me thinking again...

Oh, I thought it was simply a regular emblem painted red?!? Are you saying that you can buy these in red? That's news to me... I did not know that, but there's lots of stuff I guess I don't know about these cars.

I clean mine in the rain sometimes. It always makes my neighbors shake their heads. Nice pic!

The back looks better than the front, now that I hafta run a front plate here in CA. Ugh.

The red S was painted the same time I painted the engine grill body color. I figured the red would tie in nicely with the red rear reflector, and of course, the Big Red brakes.

Here's a shot of the front, also taken today. As I said, the front plate is just ugly

 

The original owner did the tint, so I have no idea...

 

Whenever I look at my car I keep wondering if I need to lower it further. Then I see a slammed 993 like yours and the answer is pretty obvious.
