Who here has never met another Rennlister (or other Porsche forum member) in person?

What we need is a Rennlist Gathering somewhere in the middle of the country where we can have a convention of sorts.
I think it would be fun.
There used to be a "Rennlist Rumble" in California where the guys from the North and the Guys from the South met up in the middle. It was a popular event, and then the big blow up happened so when we got our butts back to the West Coast I Never got to go
I've met quite a few of you already and might be meeting a few more next weekend in Scottsdale.

I have spoken to a few on the phone and have friends here that I knew before they become RL'ers.... As Matt (Matt777) said we are looking to get a few guys together soon....

I drove to Atlanta once to meet Robin to work on my 993 with him, and I also met a fellow Rennlister for beers once when I was in San Diego on business. Both of those in addition to all my local Nashville area Rennlist buddies, which seems to keep growing. :-)

Anytime, just let us know
Are you SURE you want to come to in Scottsdale between June thru September? It's hotter than a popcorn fart on a skillet at that time of the year.

I've yet to meet another Rennlister that lives in my country (NZ) but have met one from the US on holiday in New Zealand.
fullbooker posted a while back asking for tips on where to visit and what to see and do in NZ. I was one of the respondants and Phil PM'd me when he was in my city. Phil and his lovely wife Suzy met up with me, my wife Sarah and my 7 year old (who behaved well for a 7 year old boy in the company of adults and who they were incredible patient and understanding of) and ended up buying us dinner. Thanks Phil!

Well, I'm on my second 993. The first was a cabrio and my current one is a Targa which I've had for almost 4 years. I spend most of my life travelling, China 5 days a week and only get back to the family and car at the weekends and then not always. Consequently I've attended no drive days and met no other Rennlisters from HK. I'd love to however I've had to prioritize the weekends - wife, kid's, dog, 993 - my wife would say I already put the car in front too often what with fettling, cleaning and disappearing for quick drives. Sooner or later I'll get my passport and day pass :-)

I have met quite a few listers not to mention the Squirrelfest 2009 crowd and added 10 more this weekend in Nashville. They have got quite a few 993's down there. One thing I have noticed, all the Listers I have met everyone is like-minded about our cars which is nice to share at a meet and greet.
