LOVE the picture of the snow against the door
Please send me some of your snow. Don't hog it all up! I was hoping for a white Christmas. We drove up to Flagstaff today so I could see some since ours is all gone. I LOVE snow.
Jager: You know I luv ya, but man, sometimes I think you are a strange dude, stranger than Alf, and we all know Alf is a straaaaaange dude
To all of you on the Right Coast: Stay safe and Stay warm!

Tony P-- Those are great photos. That last one is an instant classic; reminds me of the time I opened the door as a kid to find a wall of snow towering above me.
RJT--- I realize the drain it is on good people like you to be called my friend, & appreciate it. You ARE a saint. (I understand where you're coming from; that's before even considering your free therapy services to Alf.)
To address the whip your words wield: Being misunderstood by the public is a price I often pay as a comic genius.
... & I mean OFTEN
Just a sacrifice made to entertain others
b'sides, you KNOW you initially chuckled. Don't hide it. Even cute little Speedster doggie thought it was funny. Plus, your 4-legged Speedie would help you out like that. ...if you had snow!

Alf-- I'm here to make you look good, bro
Don't worry about the sting of Jo's words - she didn't mean it. You're on a higher level - don't let her drag you down

Every year the college kids next door prey upon an unlocked car on a snow day.
...Looks like my wife was in a rush parking our car
Revenge? I have a V-8 snowblower ... & digestively-productive dogs.
Come the spring-time thaw, neighbors will find a few hundred "thank yous" launched onto their roof!
[Crappy story? I was just kidding: I'm a fellow Coloradan, & put your quote in original
post as an (obscure) reference. Now posting a picture of your dogs will surely blow my story.]

Lots of snow in Rhode Island. Took these a few minutes ago-after going out for a some coffee and a casual drive.

I love massive amounts of snow and conditions like the east coast is getting this weekend. Im a seasons person and like all kinds of weather---high desert life as I call it.
Those who are trying to get in and out via airplane, thats a serious bummer. People will be stranded for days until the airlines get back on track.

Here's from this morning... We ended up with about 23" here
I have to park my daily driver on the sidestreet as we live... on a sidewalk!
Here's the sidewalk I cleared 5 times during the storm that we live on
23" in all it's glory. Biggest storm in DC ever for December. This may be nothing for you out west guys and gals, but for us it's a lot of snow
We have a nothing driveway pad, but it was still a lot of work to keep it clear through the night with the plow coming through our alley every 2 hours.

For all you back East, hope you are staying warm and safe. "The weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful." I think I heard that in a song somewhere.
I would actually like to see some of the white here, at least in the mountains. Heading up skiing between the holidays. Let it snow. Please!
Curve Lover - A++ for creativity. Keep it coming. LOL.

Burning Brakes
Mid-afternoon Saturday.
Ended up with about 20-22" in NW DC.
Couldn't help noticing that most of the cars I saw on the way to work this morning had plates from northern states. The only people more scared to drive in snow than the "veteran" residents of this area are those behind the wheel of a snow plow, apparently.
