How much should I ask for these Pirelli snow tires?

I've got a set of Pirelli 240 Snowsport snow tires that came with some MY 02 rims I bought last winter. According to the seller they've got 2-3k miles on them. I just looked them up on Tire Rack and the complete set runs $976 new. I'm planning on listing them on Craigslist locally, any idea on what a fair price would be? Rears are 265/35 R18 and Fronts are 225/40 R18. I have absolutely no idea what used tires like these would be worth!

I've sold a couple of sets from previous BMW's in 17" and was about to fetch about $100-$200 for them. They weren't the Pirelli brand, but nonetheless, wasn't able to get much out of them. Hope this helps!

Any idea how old the tires are?
If more than 4-5 years, not worth much in my opinion, as they lose their soft compound pliability.
(Just replaced my Nokian Haks after 5 years....at least 50% improvement on my 993, and my wife says 100% improvement on her MINI S).

Need to know the tread depth.
General rule i use is if there is 75% or greater tread remaining, I usually feel comfortable paying 50% of Tirerack price. Below that %, maybe $50 a tire. And if more than 6 years old, I just dump them.
