as amazing as it may sound, some business can operate at a loss for a while. There may be other parent companies that make far more and can float the smaller ones. My wife used to have a friend that owned a law firm and a car dealership. He ran the car dealership at a loss for many years until he built up a large enough customer base to start making a profit on the service end.

I don't know how The Collection in Coral Gables does as far as profit/loss goes, but I think one of the owners is part of the Fiat family, thus has huge amount of family money behind it.

Just a few miles down the road is TruSpeed Motorcars, well worth the trip. Euromasters is not even in the same universe as TS. Euromasters feels a bit gimmicky. You can feel the quality at Truspeed. Not the same feeling over at Euromasters. my .02 .....

You might want to tell them to start answering their emails. I sent them one a week ago about a 993 they had. Still waiting on a reply. They're too many options right now to have to beg someone to contact you.

Just venting.
