Where should I start and how steep do you want to make the slope...

You have a mean looking car, so IMHO without much effort you can make that car look even meaner...
I think most of the mods have been mentioned so no need to repeat...

Have fun and enjoy the project and don't forget to post pics

Wheels.... definitely swap the Antera's - great wheels, but they pre-date the car & didn't age nearly as well. Something with a similar timeless design like the BBS LM or any period Kinesis wheel would be an improvement - make sure to go with a staggered lip set to accentuate those hips.

Your wing isn't nearly as bad as the lame croquet hoop (basket handle, ski bar etc), but like others have said your car would benefit from something more subtle.
