Very nice...and in the nicest color...just wondering why it would need a clutch at a mere 29.5K miles and why a person who "recently" purchased it would want to part with it.

Too many 4-wheel drive burnouts? If the car truly had been subjected to too many stop-light brawls, what else would you expect to be broken or near broken?

That seems like a pretty fair starting price.
Love the color and a sunroof delete too...

PPI and buy

I saw the first owner trade the car in at the dealer. He was an old guy and did not look like the type to do a burn out. Car was clean. If someone is a serious buyer and is interested in having me give the car the evil eye I'm game.

Sorry guys-for me the car looks good in that color as long as someone else owns it. I could not do that color at all. Maybe that's why it's sitting?

If that car was Silver, it would be in my garage.

I think the sunroof delete is pretty cool.
But contrary to what many of us think, the sunroof delete actually hurts it, and narrows the market a little for this car. Especially on a turbo.

... and if I had 60K lying around it'd be in mine. After all the proper due diligence.

Hate to say it but it kinda sounds like things are adding up to a story. First, any car that the seller straight out says "NO STORY" has a story. After all the guy buys it in 4/09 and drives it for 7+ months and wants to dump it. There is a story in that alone. It looks very yummy, but proceed with caution.

i agree with the narrow market comment...i like speed yellow, but wouldn't buy a SY car. also, i would want a sunroof...a gt3 car, no problem w/o a sunroof...just my personal opinion.

deleted sunroof is a bummer. Its a must have, for me, on every vehicle.

I agree. I think the market for this car is a club racer type who's all about reduced weight and wants a turbo to convert to 2WD ala GT2.

When I was shopping for my tt I had the mind set that I would keep the car forever. And I mean, forever. With that said, as much as I like SY, I didn't think it would be a color that I would want forever. The silver color I bought (IMHO) will be timeless.

With a good PPI, this may be a great deal.

it's easy to burn up the clutch if;
1 - you're clueless
2 - you're hammering the car
3 - there was a hardware problem
4 - i vote most likely problem = wetware

:-)
