Front Tire Size

Yes, I know of 3 993's with PSS9/10's that are running the hankook Ventus v12 in 245/35/18 on an 8 inch wheel. One of the cars is even lower than mine in the front and no rubbing after a few track days. Bill is right that ideally I would want an 8.5 inch rim but this size works on an 8 inch and I don't want to buy diferent wheels...although it is the max size I think allowed.

You could sell just your 8" front wheel and get the 9"ET52 solid spoke version of the turbo twists which would allow you to possibly go up to 255s if you want with 245/35 fitting easily. You'd probably break even on the buy/sell of the rims or maybe come out slightly ahead since your fronts are hollow spokes.

My car is a '97 narrowbody. I installed PSS9 suspension on 3/2003 with 38,902 miles...and lowered the car about 1". I have the 18" hollowspoke Twist wheels 8" front and 10" rear. I currently run 225/40ZR-18 Bridgestone RE050A tires on the front and 285/30ZR-18 Bridgestone RE050A tires on the rear. I have no rubbing issues at all.
