Assuming a clean PPI, I'd say about $32-$33K

$32K would be a good start point, but I'd say final sale price would be more in line around $28K

I also agree about starting around $33,000 - $34,000. Original stock well-maintained documented 993s are getting tougher to come by each and every month. Your miles are no problem if paperwork and 60k service are done. Any paint work?? Be patient for the right buyer. If in a hurry you will possibly have to take less. I was looking for 2 years and the nice ones are getting fewer and fewer. Good luck!

Thats' what I was thinking based on what I paid 2 years ago for my stock '95 with similar mileage and other asking prices lately.

at wholesale, many dealers are trying to get 28k, but I don't see the cars moving very fast. Here is an example low priced car with probably issues: http://www.automobilesholdingsandacq...a-4905407.html

31k seems about right for retail, but it will depend on your timeframe. You have a very desirably color combination, but unfortunately, it (or at least does not appear to be) the wide body which commands the most premium. Do some comparison shopping on ebay and autotrader to zero in on a starting price.

Good luck with sale, sounds like a very nice C2 (with recent clutch and 60k service)at a fair price.

Just sold my '95 C4 w/ 88k on her for $27,500. Had some nice upgrades but had a roll bar that most didn't want.
I started at 30k and came down to 28,500. and settled w 27,500

Feel free to contact me via PM for my telephone #. All the best, Steve

Hey Steve, all the best with your 993 departure; ur For Sale. What are your C4s option codes?

The car is a standard body C4 no? When ordering my 993 back in the May '97 time frame I speciffically wanted the standard body; the non turbo car in a turbo suit didn't seem right... (I was wrong one other time in the '80s.)

My .02 is once a buyer identifies the quality position of your 993 offer, the body thing will fade. I'm just saying...

Taking $31k would be a VERY fair buy for a documented well serviced Porsche. I'll spread the word in my circles.

Did they not want the bar, ( a sweet upgraded autopower model)?
or the holes in the pan?

sorry to see it go.
