Oh yeah, you may have noticed that I painted the grill and got rid of the 3rd brake light as well. Rear wiper will go at some point, I imagine.

Go Euro. I did mine that way as well and really like the look. I have the Euro TT front bumper too.

I am in the minority on this one it seems....

being a big euro-everything fan.... i still think GO WITH the bumperettes on the rear !
And lose them for sure on the front.

Reasoning :
1. the front are 100% useless, and completely ruin the lines of the car
2. the rear although their use is questionable... in minor bumps, they should actually do something
3. they also break up the lines nicely, adds a little black to the rear, which I think looks nice.
4. The euro rear bumpers to me look a little unfinished, like cheap quality fiberglass without any definition. (it looks like something is missing.... especially on light colored cars : yellow, white, silver)

My .0125euro -- keep the rear bumperettes and in black. I kinda like em. Fronts are another matter, I hate those..

I actually like them. To my eyes North American plates look almost lost without the bumperettes. To each their own.

+1.

Losing them on the front makes more sense though.

Thanks! Unfortunately the car is gone now.

Epic fish and chips but no, it was about 5AM on a Sunday morning at the Granville Island parking lot. I live up the road in South Granville.

I've had other Porsches but no 951s. Nice avatar!

I thought about getting rid of mine, but since my car is my daily driver and I live in San Francisco, home of the small parallel parking spaces, the rear ones serve a purpose. The front? Get rid of 'em!

I don't see how they will protect in the rear unless you get rear-ended by another Porsche. They are just too low to protect against every SUV soccer mom reading her "how-to-lose-10 lbs-by-tomorrow" magazine while driving.

I still have mine, but its only because my car is black and they don't stick out so bad.
