Yes, it is. I took it out of the cab and planned on putting it in the turbo if it hadn't come with one. I think $250 is a tad high, but I put it out there to see what would happen. A fairer (Rennlist) price would be $200 IMHO.

What I really want is a RUF ebrake handle to go with my shifter. But RUF never made one! I am good.
