So I got a call from Canada Customs today in regards to a "suspicious looking" package they'd intercepted............just kidding.
The clock arrived while I was out walking my dogs thismorning. Again, this is exactly what I pictured and the workmanship is absolutely first rate. Here's a few pics of it in my (very slowly) evolving Porsche/car-stuff room in the basement. Excuse the mess and the chair (it's super comfy, why throw it out?). The fridge, complete with chilled keg of beer and anything else to make solitary-time more enjoyable, is about 10 feet away.

Clock looks fab! You guys think having them on a stand is the best way to go? Versus hanging on the wall or...

I plug it in to the wall. I'm sure Mr. Clean will chime in here but I'd guess there's an inverter involved.
