Singer 911
#19
Stunning but way too expensive. I'd settle for (and would actually prefer) aluminum rather than carbon fiber components and would order mine (yes I know) with air conditioning and the big reds and have the best DE car around. Maybe in a baltic blue.
But for that price I'd much rather go see Alois and Mrs. Ruf and start picking things out of the "book". I'd have enough left over to refinish the basement and go first class round the world.

That's funny. I thought they only made the one pictured and the one pictured was $300,000.00 at Monterey in August, but then EVERYTHING is more expensive in Monterey in August
Maybe they made another Singer and that is what Motor Trend is talking about?

Price List
I sent them an email the other day. They replied quite quickly and also sent the attached price list.
Joanne was right, it starts at $215,000 and goes up (very quickly) from there.
Dear Joe,
Thank you for your email and kind words! Please find attached the comprehensive specification and pricing information on the Series 2010 Singer 911.
We are celebrating here at Singer, as our 911 Concept has recently made the front covers of 911 & Porsche World and Total 911 magazines. The response the car has received has been fantastic, and we thank you for being part of this reception and encouraging us to forge ahead with the series production of what we think will be one of the finest 911s on the road.
Since the car’s launch in Monterey, we have been working hard to specify and cost a production version that retains the extravagant details and specification at a price that is realistic. Fathoming what people might consider paying for what has been a “money no object” journey into 911 idealism has not been easy. However, we are committed to stay true to the spirit of our 911 Concept and have done all we can to make what is a very expensive car to produce somewhat attainable to purchase.
We’re pleased to announce that we will be commencing construction of the first two customer cars in December and that we have a number of build allocations available for 2010 that can be secured with a guaranteed delivery date upon receipt of a deposit.
If you would like to know more about the purchasing procedure, build process or to discuss a build allocation, please feel free to contact us.
Kind regards,
Tina
