Pimp your engine bay :-)

We will have to run the numbers on the plate but if I had to guess it will be around $255 without it. We are a bit bummed that you guys don't like the insignia. We hate making products that look like everyone else's and when you are producing a replica of a factory part, it ends up looking like everyone else's replica part. O'well, worst case we will have a bunch of 3.6 badges sitting on the shelf.

I think you will do well with this piece, badge or not....

I have given a "Rennline" wish list to my wife already this week, will be adding this part as well.......

I'd use this piece with or without the badge. I'd have to see it in situ to decide which I like better, but probably the debadged version. I also think the CF would look better if offset with something CF in the airbox area (like the Fabspeed piece, but I have heard it doesn't hold the stock Mahle very well).

Barf. No thanks.
This is getting to be like those BMW M-series cars that have an M badge on the steering wheel, the shift ****, the dash, the center console, the seat cushions, the floor mats, the instrument cluster, door sills, the trunk lid, the fenders, the engine grille, and on the wheel center caps. Like, we get it. Thanks.

What I don't get are the holes in the plate. Why are there holes? Their presence reinforces the fact that the plate is not needed.
To really pimp your engine bay, somebody needs to make that part in chrome, baby! (This is a joke. I hate chrome. Even my motorsound airbox inlet I hate.)

Rennline Guys,
While the "3.6" does nothing for me, the plate itself is fine and I like the fact that it can be customized.
I am putting Paul's kids through college, so it is nice to see you introducing new parts. I guess the new facility is paying off--especially for us.
BTW, thanks for building passenger side floor boards for the 993!

rennline peeps: maybe consider a matte varnished (or etched) "rennline" on it? (very minimal & @ least i.d.'s the maker) & fwiw i do not mind my dead-pedal w/ your type/logo. maybe the unused plates would make nice bottle openers?
i'm waaay tired of badges too.

I just checked the shelf and we have one left from our last round of production. For some reason our inventory was off, that will be adjusted shortly. We should have more ready in a week or 2.
