Yes, do a search for "rust converter" on the net. There are several sources for this.

Here is another secret.....you can use that to get rid of your rusty rotors. I simply scotchbrited my rotor hats and remove most but not all of the rusts. Then simply brushed on the rust converter. Don't need to do much. The rotors now looked black/purple anodized surface. The rust converter converted the rusts on the rotor hat to a hard surface. 4 years and held up pretty well.
