Default What is this 96 C4S worth?

What is this 96 C4S worth from a private party? (not from a dealer as in the ad)

I've been following most of the "price" postings and recent RLister purchases here. Comparable recent purchases ranged from $39k to $43+ (of course one dealer paid $47 for the black C4S with more options & less miles) from my search. In this soft market and winter coming, what do you think this one is worth from a private party?

Your thoughts and comments will be greatly appreciated.

Few more things about this 993:

I saw the car in person, and it is very clean and straight from the outside.
Few touch ups in the front area and side skirt.
Sat in a garage for the last 2+ years.
Not many options.
ParkPlace is a well-known, but not well-respected by many, and sells their cars with high premium.

My thought from a buyer's perspectvie was also low 40's.

Thanks.

Low $40s. One thing I've noticed though, and this is across the board, is that cars in WA tend to be expensive compared to other states including OR or CA. I too have found Park Place prices to be high relative to the WA market.

I'd definitely buy private. PP does occasionally get some very clean examples (red) and ask the moon.

That's interesting. I spent 4 months, 3 years ago searching the country for a silver with black interior 2001 740iS BMW. The only car that fit the bill, options wise, AND the cheapest one I could find was in Bellevue WA at a Lexus dealer. Had to pay $2200 to have it shipped 2750 miles to me in Maryland!

Good luck with finding a car. This is a really nice one, just expensive by a lot of dough.
