Did the seller mention how the inverted dent occurred? I am picturing a person shoved under the hood with only a pencil available for escape. Please help solve this mystery...

Those appear to be aftermarket white gauge faces. The tach face should have "CarreraS" at 6 o'clock.
The dents in the hood and curb rash on the rims certainly need to be taken car of as well as the accumulating rust around the brake rotors and exhaust cans. This car also didn't get the M030 suspension from the factory.
