See? Now if all of you had bought 993's from me when I owned Exclusive Motors, you all would have gotten a good deal! there's a few of our old customers on RL...HOPEFULLY all still happy.

Chris is right (993inNC), not that we track our car, but with now 170k miles on it, it still looks good, and runs great. Every once in a while, when my wife drives it to work for a few weeks, my mind starts to wander about replacing it with a 997...they I drive it and it sets me straight again

One day, a GT3 will be in the stable, but I have a feeling the 993 cab will stay...

O.k., here I go.
'95 Coupe, White over Cashmere/Black ordered with factory short shift. Car had 86K miles when I bought it from a dealer for $24K in December '08. Now has 88.5K miles and has burned 1/2 quart of oil.

This was a stock two owner car, paint 8/10, interior 9/10, w/factory tool kit/compressor/jack/spare. Alpine head unit with I-pod jack and trunk mounted amp were the only mods.

I have added 18" Hollow-spoke twists, PSS10/ERP Toe Link upgrade, 55W HID's, Silver badge and Clear Corners.

So far, driving and owning this car has been way beyond my initial expectations

drove her cross country in december... colorado mts. were the best & arizona pretty great too!
doubt i will ever sell her. she now has some nice mods & close to 50k more miles on her...

shines & looks better than the day i drove her to her present garage.

Default Never buy from a dealer

This was another reminder to myself not to ever buy from a dealer. The truth is not something they understand. I just travelled 2000 some miles to make the deal on this creampuff Narrow Body. 14k miles, $46k. As advertised, no surprises. Pics to come when car arrives via InterCity.

From: Private
Mileage at time of purchase: 70000
Mods: Turbo Euro bumper, F/R turbo brakes, H&R springs with Bilstein shocks, RS flywheel/clutch, Turbo twists, Fabspeed exhaust. Perfect PPI.
Ownership: 3rd owner

Exterior/interior in IMMACULATE condition. Recently added HID lowbeam and HID fog.

bought march of 2003. bone stock '96 c4s. paid $48.9k with 36k.

sold feb of 2009. modded. sold for $23.k with 124k on the odo.

14,666 miles per year.

$25.9k hit on purchase to sale ......over 88,00 miles = .29c per mile.

let's factor in mod costs over 6 years and recalculate..................................let's not.

before and after shots from suv ride height to bilstein/row m030 springs.

absolutely loved this car.

More of a point where we were mutually agreeable. The original asking price was pretty close, and I think we both ended up happy. To the extent that there was a request for first right of refusal if I should look to sell, speaks to the quality of the car (and the integrity of the seller!).
