Paid: $51k (with one year Porsche CPO warranty)
Model: 993 C2S
Model Year: 1997
Purchased: December 2001
From: Foreign Cars Europa (S.C.)
Mileage at time of purchase: Approx, 33,000
Options: Factory Aero Kit, Sport Seats, Motor Sound, Porsche Crest, Hi-Fi, Aluminum upgrade, (I forgot the rest)
Ownership: I'm the 3rd owner

(Recent picture with mods including Turbo S ducts and suspension)


It's only for sale if the price is right, $70k and she's yours.

'97 turbo bought july '98 w 3k miles for $125k from private party; now 467k miles

Several years ago, someone here did a nice spreadsheet of when bought/price paid which had about 50 data points. I'll try to find the link.

Purchased in August 2007 for $42K with 26,475 miles from a fellow Rennlister. I think I paid a bit too much but that was when they were getting top dollar. Now has 36,985 miles.

I paid $34k for mine (95 C4 coupe )in July of 2007, mileage was 35k. It currently has 50k miles.

This thread reminds me of why I should live in the US.

I paid £26,500 (US equiv $48,000 at the time) for my 95 C2 in October 2006 with 72k on it.

Still, don't begrudge it for the feeling I get when I roll her out of the garage ...

You guys don't drive them enough. I think I have put more miles on my track cars in the last 3 years.

$39K in 1/06 with 64K miles. Sounds like a lot, but it had every costly mod I wanted at the time, was very well taken care of and documented by the PO, and included shipping from Kauai!
