What's on your winter to do list?
I haven't seen this years standard post yet so I'll start. I apologize if I just missed it!
Now that I'm about to take the car off the road 'til spring I started thinking about my winter to do list. Last years work included new suspension, sways and control arm bushings so I'm going to take it easy this year. I know I can't keep up with some of you guys. I've got my latest Mopar project going too.
* std oil and filter change
* inspect suspension front and rear
* bleed brakes
* recover Rod Birch subs (ordered wrong carpet)
* fix sunvisor that keeps popping out
* fix rattling sunroof (when open)
* drop tranny and figure out why it hangs up when decelerating/replace RMS/clean and regrease splines. I'm guessing that I will likely have to replace the whole works. At least the new 4 post lift will make this a little less cumbersome. I hope I don't regret just dropping the whole works.
* Inspect and change distributor drive belt and perhaps the power steering belt. I don't know if these have ever been done (70k)
* touch up rock chips
That will do it for now!

I hope so too, one of the nicest out there imho.
My plans are still a little fuzzy but in the range of possible are:
* plugs
* power steering belt
* clutch
* LWF
* 2WD conversion
* short shift kit
* switch from EVO hub carriers to stock
* billet shift forks / steel synchros
* fix sunroof headliner
* fix Moton line routing
* give the wheel wells and engine compartment a good cleaning
* oil change

Depending on how cold it gets (no heated garage)
- weight reduction: Heater Blower, SAI, Air bag, Stereo, knee pad
- ERP / Tarrett toe, kinematic and camber links
- RS Transmission mount
- Hard Wire Traqmate
- RS rear calipers
- Pads and Rotors all around
- Walrod rear bushings (Come On Chris)
I am sure other stuff will come to mind...... Depends on budget and time.

Maybe nothing but normal maintenance this year, unless Mr Walrod introduces his rear suspension bushings.
Normal maintenance is oil/filter change and brake fluid flush each winter.
I have an RS tranny mount sitting on the shelf, but I've been waiting for the clutch to go before I dive in.
Trophy, I hope you post a "how to" documentary when you do yours. I can use the help!

New headders. Working on some that really make power.
Move as much weight forward as I can.
Re corner balance the car
Get a new set of race wheels.
Re-wire the car and seal off the fire wall up front.
Re paint the roof and rear bumper
Consider fiberglass rear fenders
I race PCA and a local track club. My local raceing class does not limit my weight so I want to add ballast for GT4 and take out weight for my local racing. Its amazing how much faster you are with even a few hundred pounds off the car.
