thinking of selling my 1995, 993
it has 50k miles on it and i've owned it for 11 yrs. i've babied it and it's mechanically perfect and aestethically stunning with it's orginal paint; and it's the only baltic blue 993 that i've ever seen, even in pictures. i want to get 25k for it or somewhere around there. what do you guys think? it has a ton of cool mods: fabspeed exhaust, powder coated das roll bar, cobra milano seats, oem carbon fiber details, Gert Carnewall's RoW M030 w/HD Bilstein kit, and on an on and not to mention kenesis k18r wheels. im selling it because i need garage space. i have 3 cars and 2 motorcycles and want to get a 993tt or new 997. the dealer will only give me 22k and i would rather sell it to someone on here that can appreciate what i've done to it. thanks

Sounds like a beauty. Post some pictures of the car if you can.
Thanks
Thanks

bart i've really liked the cobra misanos. each seat only weighs 20 lbs a peice from what i remember and i tossed out the original seats which weighed i bet close to 75lbs. they were a little pricey -- i think i paid around 4 or 5k and i had them installed by my dealer. here's an off angle pic:

when i think back over the 10 yrs and all the mods i've put on, the mods that have been the most enjoyable and necessary to me have been the seats and gert carnewalls hd billistein kit. i bought some moton club sport suspenions that i had put on my car and then literally took off the very next day not even wanting to play with adjusting the dampers. btw im thinking of selling them along with the turbo sway bars and drop links i still have.

Personally, I think that's a heck of deal and priced a bit too low. With all the mods, 11 years of receipts and only 50K on the clock, I would consider buying this car if I didn't have the same garage issue. Just my 2 cents.

Bad timing, otherwise, it'd be a no brainer.
I looked into Cobra Misanos some time ago. Awesome seats for those who don't know them. Similar to the 7GT2 seats...CF backs, reclining and the perfect blend of comfort and grip.

of course i agree with you that it's a little low given that between wheels and parts i've put in $ 20k or so -- i remember each freakin oem carbon fiber door panel was 500 dollars. but i do need to get rid of it if want to get this 993tt that i have my eye on and besides the dealer was only offering me 22. and finallly i want to sell it to someone that appreciates these cars and wants to drive the crap out of it. for way way too long it's been a garage queen.
