Well, since this seems to be a done deal I can let everyone know. I was more worried about jinxing the PPI. Passed smog today so picking up tomorrow at 2pm....Can't wait!

Asking was 41k I got it for 39k. I am VERY happy with the transaction. I kind of feel that a majority of C4S's are overpriced, but that is just my opinion.

Also, I don't have the vehicle yet so will post pictures once I have it buffed and cleaned!

 

I think at 39k you got a good deal, Arena Red is such a great color. I had my 97 c4s listed for 42.5 this summer before I quickly took it off the market. I have only been able to put 2000 miles on it this year so I may be putting it back up.

 

I agree about the color...my first choice. I could have purchased another silver C4S for under 37K with more mileage, but still nothing big. However, this color, ownership, still having window sticker, everything seemed right. I think it was a good deal even at 41K but am very happy with 39K. All the kismat seemed to come together since I also just sold my Audi today and now have room for the Porsche in the garage...even though the Audi would have been kicked out regardless. Just one less thing for me to worry about.

By the way, PPI verified absolutely NO oil leaks and upgraded suspension.
