I guess anything's possible, but I don't think you are going to find any 993s in...
Granite Green unless it was ordered as a 'paint to sample' option. Otherwise, it is my understanding that this color was only available for 2 years only: 1987 & 1988.
This is my '88 928 S4 in Granite Green Metallic. I hope this is somewhat helpful.

Thanks rj, it does look gray, doesn't it?
How the color changes during day time and night time?
There is a '96 993 for sale that color that I'm looking at, but I had never seen it before. Yes, it seems it was special ordered.
Cheers,
Rodrigo.

Thanks, Nick. In most lighting conditions, including mornings, afternoons, and cloudy days, Granite Green effectively resembles more of a 'medium grey', which is exactly what I was looking for. It's only in the brightest light of 'high noon', LOL, that the pewter, gun metal undertones makes an appearance. It's a really unique color, and the fact that it was only in production for two years means you won't see too many cars in this color.

It is definitely unique, and a legitimately rare color on a 993.

What color interior on these (993 and 928) cars?
A few years ago, I was looking at buying a '88 911 Carrera in Granite Green. It had a green interior.
The exterior 'green' is definitely more of a gray, but the interior green was definitely green.

Hi Rodrigo, I think you will like the color. It's only in the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (when the sun is in the highest part of the sky) that the 'granite green' (or 'rock green') color is discernible. The rest of the time, as you can see in my pics, the color is a beautiful medium grey, slightly lighter than Seal Grey and Meteor Grey, but darker than Arctic Silver/Polar Silver.
It is definitely unique, and a legitimately rare color on a 993.

Paul: Adventurine is definitely green. Granite is predominantly gray as described above.
