Well in that case those seats are ruined and you need somebody kind ( like me) to dispose of them

Good call on 928leather. Clearly they can re-dye successfully. FOr those who doubt, check out their site. I sold black HB 996 seats that were crap and I re-dyed them and the buyer asked if they had ever been used --- and I didn't do as good a job as they will do.

Don't know if this guy has done any 993s but his work looks awesome and priced reasonably, if you decide to recover. He posted here a long time ago and I remember checking out his site.

Oh, the other cool thing he does is leather engraving - so maybe he could do a crest in your headrest.
