On the Peninsula, I've been going to RMG in Sunnyvale lately. It's a haul, but I'm pleased with their work.

For alignment/suspension installation, you can try Roger Kraus Racing across the Bay. For maintenance/repair stuff, S-CarGo all the way if you are in Marin. I don't know if S-CarGo can do the fine alignment work, but they'll tell you.
