Planning suspension upgrade what else should I look at replacing?
I will be doing the PSS10 upgrade to my car next month is there anything else that I "should" or "must" replace or re-do while doing the PSS10 install?

Sway bars. If you don't have the funds for new ones than consider finding a set of Turbo sways and drilling the rear one for adjustability. And if you can't/won't get those, you might as well drill your stock ones while you are there so you can stiffer up the rear a little.

The ride height is adjustable independent of the bar mount.
In my opinion, if it installed correctly, PSS10s don't require the collar.
Other reputable folks here may disagree.
Then again, it is pretty cheap insurance.
Case in point: The PSS9s on my turbo do not have an additional lock ring. They have been on there for over 10K miles...
I have had (no idea how many) cars on the lift with PSS9s or 10s with no extra collar.

well, 4 solid camber plates with a bigger front sway bar make a lot of change.
+1 on David's advice for drilling the bars, makes the trains stiffer for free !

I agree with Mark that a 3rd locking collar is not needed as long as they are installed properly...you have to beat the heck out of the drop link perch to tighten everything down but I know a few cars that are tracked that have not budged. But yes, cheap insurance
If Chris Walrod would hurry up with those rear bushings I would do those while your in there along with his front control arm bushings.
check your rear toe link rubber boot to see if it's torn (common issue) if so you will need to replace them with either a porsche replacement or I think ERP and Tarret make them.

I think Mark is right; the PSS-10's don't actually need the extra locking collar (we have installed over a hundred of these without them) provided everything is installed correctly. That said, we do provide them with every suspension kit for the DIY'ers to ensure that nothing can move to prevent damaging the droplinks.
Without knowing how many miles are on your car, its difficult to offer specific suggestions, however I would replace the swaybar bushings if they feel hard or are cracked.
